Aislinn & Mike’s wedding at Bearspaw Golf Club in Calgary on the last weekend of October. It was a beautiful joining of two incredible individuals! This incredible couple’s glamorous 1920’s themed I do’s hit all the marks. It was a day full of joy, laughter and love, a dusting of fresh snow in a lovely setting. The beautiful venue and decor and so many touching moments throughout the day!

Snowy Wedding Photos
While we weren’t expecting snow in October, it was a hiccup the couple took in stride. I think the photos turned out great for it!
Though Aislinn & MIke’s wedding at Bearspaw Golf Club was in October and we expected a fall wedding, we got a winter wedding instead. Though, the unknown forecast-wise should be expected in Alberta, it was a bit of surprise! What we thought would be a mild autumn afternoon (with the golf course’s trees full of orange, yellow and red foliage and green grass) ended being the day after a large snow fall.
It made the day quite unique and visually special as some of the trees still held their leaves and the dusting of snow created a lovely winter wonderland landscape. It was truly beautiful and the couple took the unexpected weather in stride. Taking some of the photos inside was no consolation, Bearspaw Golf Club is exceptionally elegant and gorgeously lit! We had fun creating portraits in the lobby, and other spots around the club when it was time to warm up.
